Here is what Jemma said about the last AromaYoga Day Retreat:

I had the pleasure of attending the AromaYoga Day Retreat. What an experience! The day started with some gentle yoga followed by coffee and cake. The afternoon was filled with 2 essential oil workshops which were fun as well as informative. We got to take our hand made oil roll-ons home as well as a spray we made. The day was catered with a delicious and nutritious lunch. The afternoon was finished off by some meditation which was relaxing and restoring! The attention to detail and value for money were excellent. The day was planned perfectly and you could tell that a lot of effort was put into the event. I cannot wait for future events and I will 100% be attending more as and when they are offered.
